(1) Vendor needs to provide youth and adult recreational and competitive soccer program provider and facility operation services to the government authority located in Gonzales, LA.– Manage, operate, and advance its public youth and adult recreational and competitive programs.– Strategic partner capable of delivering comprehensive soccer programming, executing successful tournament operations, maintaining quality playing surfaces, and optimizing public–private revenue streams to benefit the local community.– Manage, schedule, and control the soccer fields for league games, practices, and external rentals, including the right to close fields during inclement weather to protect turf integrity.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
