(1) Vendor needs to provide student nutrition equipment services to the government authority located in Kansas.– Disconnect, remove, and properly dispose of existing Disposer.– Reroute and modify water supply lines for Dish machine, Drain quench, hose real, and back flow preventer to get out of way for placement of new scrap collector.– Add new shut off valves as required.– Add tee's in lines for new supply for hot and cold water for new pre–rinse faucet.– Cut out section of soiled dish table after pass through window and retractable hose reel to allow for new section.– Provide and install new section of soiled dish table from passthrough window and right of retractable hose reel to dish machine.– Provide materials and connect collector to existing disposer drain or floor sink under dish machine, whichever works out better at time of installation.– Provide materials and connect new collector to existing 208v 3 phase disposer electrical circuit.
