(1) Vendor needs to provide permanent supportive and transitional housing project service to the government authority located in Farmington, UT. • Overarching management of the project’s lifecycle, maintaining strict adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.• Property and asset management: tenant selection: create a referral and triage framework in partnership with regional service agencies to facilitate resident placement through referrals by homeless service providers who participate in the county local homeless council and coordinated entry• Maintenance: Manage ongoing facility upkeep and property maintenance to ensure the asset remains a positive and well–preserved addition to the community.• Integration of supportive services: dedicated service space: the development must feature confidential case management rooms, communal spaces, a computer center, and potential area for an on–site clinical healthcare partner.• Permitting & entitlements: obtain all required municipal approvals, zoning clearances, and entitlements necessary for supportive and transitional housing operations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 12, 2026.
