(1) Vendor needs to provide water service improvements to the government authority located in Forest Grove, OR. – The work generally consists of providing all construction services, equipment, necessary tools, materials, fuel, personnel, supervision, and labor required to complete the preparation and placement. – Install 4–inch ductile iron commercial water service system with mechanical restrained joints, including a new master meter vault, an approved secondary backflow prevention vault, hot tap live pressure main connection, and specialized electrical infrastructure supporting a continuous–duty sump pump within the backflow vault structure, minor removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, 4 Inch PCC Sidewalk, and restoration and performance of additional and incidental work as called for in the plans and specifications.• 4“ GV Wet Tap (DWG No. 414), with Box (DWG 408) • Gate Valve & Box (DWG 408) • Water Main Adjustment. 5' of Water Pipe Either Side of the conflict (DWG 413) • General Surface Restoration and Clean–up, restore existing irrigation, top soil/seed • 4 inch Meter Vault • Backflow Vault with sump pump • Power Supply to Backflow vault Sump Pump (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
