CLEANING-13561 - USA (Flower Mound, Texas) - Trotter Park Improvements and Cleaning Service - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide trotter park improvements service to the government authority located in Flower Mound, TX.a. Clean Project site, yard, and grounds, in areas disturbed by construction activities, includinglandscape development areas, of rubbish, waste material, litter, and other foreign substances.b. Clean exposed exterior and interior hard–surfaced finishes to a dirt–free condition, free ofstains, films, and similar foreign substances. Avoid disturbing natural weathering of exteriorsurfaces. Restore reflective surfaces to their original condition.c. Remove debris and surface dust from limited access spaces, including roofs, plenums, shafts,trenches, equipment vaults, manholes, attics, and similar spaces.d. Sweep concrete floors broom clean in unoccupied spaces.e. Vacuum carpet and similar soft surfaces, removing debris and excess nap; clean accordingto manufacturer's recommendations if visible soil or stains remain.f. Clean plumbing fixtures to a sanitary condition, free of stains, including stains resulting fromwater exposure.g. Replace disposable air filters and clean permanent air filters. Clean exposed surfaces ofdiffusers, registers, and grills.h. Clean light fixtures, lamps, globes, and reflectors to function with full efficiency.i. Leave Project clean and ready for occupancy.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
