ITES-11320 - USA (Ohio) - CAREWare Managed Services - Deadline November 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide CAREWare managed services to the government authority located in Ohio.– Web–based service that will host and implement our CAREWare application on their servers– Web–based service must have sufficient bandwidth and must be able to convert the data on our current CAREWare system. – Server maintenance, network technical assistance, and troubleshooting.– Hosting services include routine maintenance. The vendor shall provide routine maintenance, including operating system and SQL Server updates, patches, and anti–virus updates.– Responsible for all server hardware, network connectivity, and all equipment in the datacenter. The vendor will maintain adequate network and internet connections for the system to function properly. – Managed Services:• Onsite nightly system backups and hourly disaster recovery site replication• Restoration testing services• Monitoring and alerting of system metrics and status of critical applications• Anti–malware protection• Software and operating system patching• Periodic vulnerability scanning• 24/7 Support(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
