(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management, inspection, and testing services to the government authority located in California.– Provide on–call Construction Management services for water and wastewater capital improvement projects throughout the City's service area.– Provide comprehensive project oversight from preconstruction through project closeout and may perform services using its own staff, qualified subconsultants, or a combination of both.– Construction management and inspection of well, booster, and lift station equipping, including pump and motor installation, shaft alignment, vibration analysis, startup, and performance testing in accordance with applicable Hydraulic Institute standards. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
