(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Waukesha, WI.– Pre–Construction Coordination:• Attendance at pre–construction meetings.• Review of project plans and specifications.• Coordination with County staff and contractors.• Verification of contractor’s pre–construction public notification requirements are met in accordance with the contract.• Coordination with town and municipal public works staff, as necessary for coordination of project interfacing.– Construction Inspection:• On–site inspection and supervision of the signal controller replacement activities.• Verification of the contractor's compliance with design specifications and safety standards.• Verification of contractor's compliance with work zone traffic control requirements.• Verification of proper jobsite labor compliance board is posted on jobsite.• Conflict resolution.– Contract Administration:• Measuring and tabulating contractors pay item quantities.• Review of contractors provided pay estimates.• Recommending approval or corrective action for contactor provided pay estimates.• Ensure compliance with Sponsor’s Guide to Non–Traditional Transportation Project Implementation(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
