(1) Vendor needs to provide deaf/hard of hearing early intervention service to the government authority located in OH. – Provide birth – 3 early intervention hearing services as independent contractors. – Administer functional evaluations for the deaf to determine appropriate services and participate in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) development. – Provide direct hearing services to address the unique needs of deaf and hard of hearing children.– Provide consultation to a core early intervention team at agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
