(1) Vendor needs to provide state lobbying services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA. – Provide legislative and regulatory monitoring and representation services at the state level from a registered lobbying firm, ideally with public transit representation experience.– Contractor will assess the needs of agency and provide recommendations on the potential for legislative action.– Contractor will proactively monitor bills pending before the State Legislature that may be of impact to agency.– Contractor will draft letters and talking points on legislation, as necessary.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.
