(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.• Cleaning of restroom equipment including urinals, commodes, sinks, grab bars, partitions, garbage cans, walls, and any other surface within the restroom. Restroom must be free of dust, dirt, bodily fluids or excrements.• Interior windows, mirrors, window ledges and partitions will be free of all particles, smudges and dust.• Floors and stairwells will be free of dirt, dust and debris and shall disinfected with clean water and appropriate cleaning solution.• Carpeted areas will be free of dirt, litter and debris.• Garbage will be bagged and carried to area designated for disposal on a daily basis.• Locker rooms, showers, drains will be free of dust, dirt, hair and disinfected.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.
