(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology training courses service to the government authority located in San José, CA.• Information Technology Department will be utilizing the vendors selected as a result of this solicitation for as–required training courses pertaining to the following solicitation packages: – Package A: Core Skills Training– Package B: Deep Technical Training– Package C: Essential Framework and Methodologies Training– Package D: Professional Training– Package E: Security Training– Package F: Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML)– Package G: Analytics and Data Management• Managing Change training shall cover at a minimum: understanding and communicating the need for change; assessing organizational and employee impacts; developing and implementing change strategies; managing resistance; engaging stakeholders; communicating change effectively; supporting employees through transitions; and measuring and sustaining change.• Core Skills training must be based on existing training courses or customized training courses specifically developed for the City.• Presentation Skills– Training shall include, at a minimum, the following competencies and topics;– Public speaking and presentation delivery techniques;– Executive–level presentation skills;– Presentation structure and storytelling techniques;– Developing clear and concise messaging;– Presentation preparation and audience analysis;– Facilitation and meeting presentation skills;(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
