(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Hamilton, IN.– Monitor and know the operation of building fire alarm systems and other protectiondevices.– Check and monitor areas on the grounds of the College where equipment and vehiclesare stored and parked may need to be monitored for safekeeping.– Responsible for Surveillance of all areas inside and outside the campus grounds.– Duties to include Parking/Traffic Control. It consists of monitoring general parking bystudents, staff, faculty, and guests in all lots. Includes handling traffic at special eventsand reporting traffic incidents to local law enforcement.– Respond to alarms, making quick decisions to resolve situations as needed.– Ensure building rules and regulations, including all non–smoking guidelines.– Detect & report hazardous conditions to the appropriate Public Safety Leadership.– Respond to and handle all emergencies that arise on campus.– Respond to observe all campus situations and notify law enforcement as needed.– Security staff should discover, identify, and report on persons gaining unauthorizedaccess to the property.– Messages: When so authorized, receive, safely keep, and turn over to appropriatepersons for messages and receive telephone calls in connection with the responsibilitiesof the assignment.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
