(1) Vendor needs to provide professional, structurally integrated banking services and advanced cash management solutions for the City to the government authority located in Germantown, TN.– Concentration Account: The concentration account is the central account for managing the City’s cash pool.– Accounts Payable Account: This zero–balance disbursement account is used solely to clear accounts payable vendor checks.– Payroll Account: This zero–balance disbursement account is used solely to clear payroll direct deposits and occasional paper payroll checks.– Bail Bond Account: This account accepts cash and credit card bail bond payments from customers and processes bail bond refund checks and applied bond expenses accordingly.– Retainage Account(s): These accounts represent retainage withheld per state regulations in interest–bearing accounts that will be paid to contractors per completion of capital infrastructure projects.– Check Free Account: This zero–balance account is used to process the receivables and automatic disbursements for the Germantown Athletic Club.– E–Check Account: This zero–balance account is designated for electronic check payments / ACH direct debits initiated by customers using the City’s online payment system– Merchant Services Account: This zero–balance account is used to collect over–the–counter debit and credit card transactions from physical service counters across City departments as well as customer–initiated debit and credit card transactions using the City’s online payment system.– Merchant Services Account – Mobile Account: This zero–balance account is used to collect debit and credit card transactions processed via handheld point–of–sale (POS) devices at various City locations.– E–Lockbox Processing Services: The City uses the E–Lockbox to receive e–check payments initiated by customers through their online bank portals. A single file posted to the lockbox portal is uploaded daily for posting into our accounting software.– Remote Deposit Capture Services: The City uses desktop check scanning machines to deposit paper checks received electronically to the bank through a secure portal.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
