Description
The City of Oakland’s Economic and Workforce Development Department seeks qualified contractors to provide on-call property maintenance services for City-owned vacant and underutilized sites on an as-needed, task-order basis. Services include vegetation and debris removal, graffiti abatement, and securing and fencing sites to mitigate blight and safety hazards. Selected contractors will be added to a qualified pool and assigned work through individual task orders as needs arise.
