The Project includes the following Work:1. Upgrade to the existing Town of Clarksville Water Treatment Plant to expand capacity from 1MGD to 2 MGD.2. Replacement of existing Raw Water Pumps and associated controls.3. Construction of clarifier basin and installation of equipment associated with pulsating sludgeblanket type flocculating clarifier.4. Demolition of existing flocculation and sedimentation basins.5. Removal of existing chemical feed equipment and filters.6. Partial demolition of treatment building.7. Expansion of existing treatment building and installation of multimedia filter units.8. Construction of cast-in-place clearwell with finish water and backwash water pumping stationabove grade.9. Construction of Equalization Tank, Sanitary Sewer Pump Station, and Forcemain.10. Miscellaneous site improvements including but not limited to site piping, fence relocation, andasphalt paving.11. Approximately 5100 LF of piping along roadways.12. Modifications and programming of instrumentation and control systems.
