(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational medical health services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. – Provide occupational medical health services including medical services for on–the–job injuries, pre–employment screenings, fitness for duty evaluations, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) governed physicals, vaccinations, and screenings, related recommendations, and support and direction.– Workers’ compensation professional staff to ensure continuous operations and to provide same–day injury evaluation capacity; after hours coverage; and a dedicated occupational health coordinator.– Medical examinations.– Vaccinations.– Drug urinalysis screenings.– Post offer examination.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 09, 2026.
