(1) Vendor needs to provide bicycle and pedestrian improvements services to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – Provide construction services for pedestrian crossing improvements at two intersections. – The work includes traffic signals, signage, pavement markings, concrete sidewalks, curb ramps and related gutter and pavement adjustments, along with incidental driveway work, handrails and necessary drainage and utility modifications. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 9, 2026.
