(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal fund accounting services to the government authority located in Point Arena, CA. • Provide accounting oversight, financial reporting, and advisory services for a term of three (3) consecutive fiscal years, beginning with the preparation of financial statements and audit support for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.• Services shall include to, review and oversight of the city's accounting records, general ledger, and fund balances; preparation and review of adjusting and year–end journal entries; preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; assistance with budget development, monitoring, and financial forecasting; support for grant accounting and financial reporting; coordination with the city's independent auditors; preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 31 2026.
