SURG-5899 - USA (Calabasas, California) - Liquid Oxygen Equipment Supply - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide liquid oxygen equipment supply to the government authority located in Calabasas, CA.• Provide certificate of compliance for mechanical and electrical componenttesting and certification on form located at end of section• Insulation and Vacuum:a. The inner vessel shall be insulated with Composite Super–Insulation (alternate layers of aluminum foil or double aluminized Mylar with interwoven fiberglass spacers and cryogenic grade paper).b. The annular space shall have molecular sieve and a hydrogen converter installed for the purpose of removing the majority of vacuum contaminants released by outgassing.c. The annular space shall be equipped with a combination evacuation/relief valve port and shall include a vacuum transducer for testing the vacuum level without breaking the vacuum annulus.• All welds shall be leak–tested with a helium mass spectrometer calibrated to a sensitivity of 1 by 10 standard cc per second and shown to be leak free.• The following piping and valve systems shall be provided as a minimum:a. Top and bottom fill lines.b. Dual relief and rupture disc protection for the inner vessel perCompressed Gas Association Pamphlet S–1.3.c. Top and bottom gauge lines for pressure and level indication.d. Full try cock line.e. Liquid product withdrawal line.f. Economizer circuit.g. Pressure building circuit with vertical fin pressure building coil.h. Insulation space evacuation and test line.i. Extended stem globe valves for isolation.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2026.
