Vendor needs to provide senior shuttle transportation program services to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.• The service must be provided from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, and Saturday service from 8:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.• All service is curb–to–curb except in those instances where the rider needs extra assistance and could use door to door support.• Provider must accept reservations between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Reservations must be made with service provider one day in advance.• Service providers must provide their own vehicles and have at least one lift equipped vehicle.
