(1) Vendor needs to provide city council strategic plan services. – Background Review and Environmental Scan – will identify internal and external factors to be considered during the development of this Strategic Plan– Employee Engagement – – Workshop agenda planning, evaluation of current Priorities and Strategies for the strategic plan and planned goals and projects; – Provide informational and tactical support to City staff and leadership on the purpose and process of strategic planning, outcomes–based goal setting, and communication of goals and– Priority Setting Retreat with City Council– A pre–retreat survey and interviews with each City Council member; – Workshop agenda planning and development of draft Priorities and Strategies for the strategic plan– Draft Priorities and Strategies.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
