Akron Public Schools is currently accepting proposals for providing two (2) 66-Passenger Transit-Type School Buses. Proposals are due by Wednesday, September 23, 2026 by 11:00am EDT. The complete RFP document is available below. Proposals are required to be submitted electronically via this website. Proposals will not be accepted starting at exactly 11:01am EDT on the due date (9/23/2026). Late proposals will not be accepted, regardless of the reason, including technology issues with uploading your proposal to this site. Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals well in advance of the closing date/time in order to have time to address and correct any problems that may occur in the submittal process. All questions must be submitted online through this site. Please review the posted questions with answers before submitting one to verify your question has not already been asked and answered.
