(1) Vendor needs to provide active transportation plan service to the government authority located in Park Ridge, IL. • Hire a consulting firm to develop an active transportation plan to build on previous transportation planning efforts, as well as develop alongside current comprehensive planning goals.• Identifying community interest in increased active transportation• Evaluation of pedestrian and bicycle–rider safety conditions along key roadways in Park Ridge• Identification of barriers to active transportation• Public and stakeholder engagement throughout the process to obtain a wide range of feedback from multiple perspectives• Development of general recommendations for increasing community active transportation usage, safety for non–motorized travel, and ease of active transportation in Park Ridge(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
