CONS-22081 - USA (Miami Lakes, Florida) - Phase II Drainage Improvement Service - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide phase ii drainage improvement service to the government authority located in Miami Lakes, FL.• The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, means of transportation, supplies, equipment, and services necessary for drainage and road improvements including drainage system installation, milling, and resurfacing, thermoplastic pavement markings, and site restoration [including landscaping, concrete curb and gutter, aprons , street signs, etc.]• Providing temporary sanitary facilities• Providing Dust Control Measures during construction, including soil tracking devices (if necessary)• Provide Debris & Pollution Control – Maintaining project site clean and orderly, providing containersfor the disposal of debris, schedule periodic collection and disposal of debris.• Staging areas must have sediment and erosion control measures installed prior to use.• All vegetation, debris, concrete, or other unsuitable material shall be disposed of offsite, in an areaprovided by the contractor.• Contractor to designate an area within the project limits for concrete truck washout activities. Thisarea shall contain erosion control devices that prevent contact between washout materials andStormwater and/or surface waters.• All trenches/excavation shall be adequately covered at the end of the workday.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026
