(1) Vendor needs to provide artificial intelligence (AI) systems and services. • Agency is seeking solutions for the solutions which may include to, general large language models, dashboards, reporting, visualization of data, etc. • The AI solutions must be able to integrate with, and incorporate data from multiple sources (e.g., Canvas, Peoplesoft, Salesforce, etc.), perform the predictive analysis and report out.• Summarized data in easy to use and read ways, including dashboards and visual representations• Identify and develop areas where AI can be applied to improve efficiency, optimize decision–making, and drive innovation• Ensure AI systems are secure and comply with relevant regulations and standards• Perform continuous monitoring and optimization of AI models to maintain performance and accuracy.• Provide solution design, customize and configure solutions to specific business needs• Perform model monitoring and improvement design, help to ensure solutions remain effective over time• Recommendations for actions on student application to improve application and acceptance rates• Create personalized learning development and academic advising plans, including integration with other systems.• Ensure AI systems are secure and comply with relevant regulations and standards.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 30, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for five years.
