DRA-11214 - USA (Farmington, New Mexico) - Red Apple Route Study Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide red apple route study services to the government authority located in Farmington, NM.• The study will evaluate Red Apple Transit’s existing fixed–route and Dial–A–Ride services and provide a practical, financially sustainable roadmap for improving service delivery (including the introduction of microtransit service) throughout Farmington and the surrounding service area.• The system provides essential mobility for riders traveling to employment, education, medical care, shopping, social services, housing, and other community destinations. • Red Apple Transit also serves riders who depend on public transportation because of age, disability, income, limited access to a personal vehicle, or other transportation barriers.• The study shall examine the full transit system, including fixed routes, schedules, service frequency, service span, transfer opportunities, bus stops, fleet needs, fares, passenger information, Dial–A–Ride operations, technology, staffing and operational capacity, and service coverage.• Improve transit service for low–income riders, transit–dependent riders, seniors, persons with disabilities, youth, workers, students, and other populations that rely on Red Apple Transit.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
