(1) Vendor needs to provide campaign fiscal agent and administrator service.• Provide fiscal and technical administration services for the state employees’ community campaign (SECC) according to the annual campaign cycle.• Accurate transfer of all existing payroll deduction pledges and related designation data.• Integrity of donor profiles, including mapping to PeopleSoft–based login credentials.• Maintain full uptime and operational stability of the giving portal.• Support donor–initiated modifications or cancellations of pledges during the active campaign.• Deliver final campaign summary reports, including participation, total contributions, and charity allocations• Process payroll deduction, credit/debit card, and e–check pledges• Ensure help desk and technical support resources are fully operational.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2026
