(1) Vendor needs to provide independent evaluation services to serve as an independent evaluator for a community violence prevention project. to the government authority located in Martinez, CA.– A logic model mapping program inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes across all five pillars.– Process evaluation methodology to assess implementation fidelity, service delivery quality, and coordination across pillars.– Outcome evaluation methodology to measure short–term, intermediate, and long–term impacts across individual, community, and system levels — including re–injury, re–arrest proxy, school engagement, employment engagement, social cohesion, and sense of safety.– Identification of appropriate comparison groups or baseline measures given the placebased, multi–component nature of the intervention.– Integration of both quantitative and qualitative methods.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
