(1) Vendor needs to provide lighting and lighting controls upgrade services to the government authority located in Greeley, CO.– Provide new lighting and lighting controls throughout multiple agency facilities. – All lighting is to be Lithonia night compatible lighting or equivalent. must work with night platform and meet all specific requirements for night systems.– Contractor is responsible for removal and legally disposal of existing lighting fixtures and electrical enclosures.– This includes recycling of lamps, aluminium reflectors, ballast and steel as necessary.– Contractor is responsible for installing all lighting per manufacturer specifications.– Contractor is to provide attic stock per the project plans.– All lighting devices are to be network addressable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 3, 2026.
