Vendor needs to provide training and technical assistance program services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Support grantees in enhancing investigation and prosecution through updated tribal codes, procedures, and intergovernmental collaboration, including tribal special assistant united states attorney agreements, to increase prosecutions of violent crimes.• Provide foundational orientation to 100% of new grantees within 90 days of award to establish connections with staff, and peer networks.• Assist grantees in implementing prevention, intervention, and treatment services that reduce overdose fatalities and address crime driven by alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and other substances.• Assist grantees in addressing criminogenic needs of high–risk offenders in institutional and community correctional settings.
