Vendor needs to provide integrated physical security systems to the government authority located in Sumterville, FL. – Provide a comprehensive integrated physical security solution for three new construction facilities, including the design, furnishing, configuration, programming, testing, commissioning, and integration of access control, CCTV, gate access control, gate arms, License Plate Recognition (LPR), video intercom systems and all associated components with the agency’s existing platforms.– The solution shall provide comprehensive interior and exterior security coverage, including cameras for building perimeters, parking lots, covered parking and storage areas, gate entrances and exits, and other critical exterior locations, as well as camera coverage for key interior areas and badge access control for designated building entrances and secured spaces.• Vendor shall:– Provide all access control, CCTV, intercom, gate arm solution, controller and head–end equipment identified in the proposal.– Program, configure and commission the integrated security system.– Coordinate device locations with agency.– Install, terminate and test all exterior pole and gate security equipment, localized fiber, network electronics and associated low–voltage devices.– Infrastructure and media: Provisioning and installation of all localized low–voltage wiring, patch cables, and fiber optic connectivity required at the poles/gates to tie back into the network.– Provide pull boxes for camera locations at exterior pole/ building wall mounting locations.– Provide administrator, operator, and end–user training for the installed systems. – Training shall include system operation, alarm response, basic troubleshooting, reporting, user administration, and applicable maintenance procedures.
