(1) Vendor needs to provide police shields and shield bags service to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC.– Furnishing and delivery of rifle–rated ballistic shields, non–ballistic training shields, and associated carry bags – 1. Quantities• 10 Rifle–Rated Ballistic Shields• 2 Non–Ballistic Training Shields (same external dimensions/configuration)• 10 Fitted Carry/Storage Bags– 2. General Requirements• New, current production equipment.• Designed for law–enforcement patrol and tactical deployment.• Has viewport with rifle–rated ballistic protection• Delivered fully assembled and ready for service.• All required hardware and accessories included.– Physical Requirements• Shield dimensions: 21 inches wide x 36 inches high (±0.5 inch).• Shield weight: no greater than 17 lbs.• Shape shall maximize operator coverage while allowing one–handed operation of duty handgun and shoulder–fired weapon systems.• Integrated horizontal carry handle, forearm pad, adjustable forearm retention strap, and ergonomic ambidextrous design.• Integrated rifle–rated ballistic viewport providing equivalent protection to the shield body.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026
