(1) Vendor needs to provide medical billing compliance–reviews and monitoring services.– Provide medical billing compliance review, monitoring, education, and consulting services– Requires specialized expertise to support its medical billing compliance program and promote compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.– Includes periodic medical billing compliance reviews of agency clinics in surrounding areas; reporting findings and recommendations; follow–up to monitor corrective actions; and providing compliance training to providers, clinics, and other agency personnel.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
