EXTRA-75866 - USA (Florida) - Preadmission Screening and Resident Review Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide preadmission screening and resident review services to the government authority located in Florida.– Ensure the timely completion of Level I screenings and Level II evaluations (including resident reviews) in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.– Ensure that individuals with a suspicion or diagnosis of serious mental illness, intellectual disability or related conditions, or both, are not inappropriately placed in a nursing facility when their needs can be met in a less restrictive environment.– Manage and maintain a customer service and tracking system that identifies and tracks clinical and non–clinical issues– Identify any specialized services or specialized rehabilitative services that are needed by the individual to meet his or her long–term care needs.– Develop and maintain a web–based data system that allows for efficiencies and increases in administrative ease for all entities involved(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
