(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted immunization information system. – Provide implement and support an Immunization Information System (IIS).– System will be internet based allowing authorized users real–time access to input, analyze, and report immunization data.– Artificial Intelligence, both in its proposed solution and the development lifecycle of the proposed solution.– System shall disclose all uses of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including Generative AI, embedded anywhere in the proposed solution.– System will be configurable at level, allowing authorized stakeholders to easily update fields and tables for required changes, updates, and reporting associated with registry functionality.– Enter and view immunization data via web.– System shall prohibit the use of State data for AI model training or tuning unless explicitly authorized in writing.– System shall include mechanisms to detect, mitigate, and monitor algorithmic bias or disparate impact.– System shall provide the ability to selectively enable, disable, or limit AI features at the tenant, agency, group, and user level.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
