(1) Vendor needs to provide architect–engineer cost estimating design support services to the government authority located in Santa Ana, CA.  – Services shall support the planning, design, construction, rehabilitation, renovation, maintenance, repair, and closeout of capital improvement, infrastructure, vertical construction, horizontal construction, and other public works projects. – Requires supplemental professional services to meet workload demands and project scheduling commitments in relation to architect–engineer (A–E) design, project administration and management services for various projects.      – The coordination of the various elements of the design to assure compatibility of architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing, and other design features.– Services provided include public protection, public health, infrastructure maintenance, and community and social services.– Construction administration services, testing and commissioning.– An architect or engineer for design and engineering of a project.– Construction support services.– Project controls and scheduling services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
