Vendor needs to provide nursing services to the government authority located in Holliston, MA.– A Registered Nurse assigned as a primary contact shall perform services necessary to the delivery of high quality public health nursing care, as requested by the Town.– Communicable Disease Control: Completion of epidemiological investigations, for all State–required reportable communicable diseases– Adult Health Services– Flu Clinics: as needed assist in arrangements for staffing, staffing support, and assistance with securing supplies for Town– Maternal/Child health: mother–infant assessment visits; visits to high risk parents and children, as requested by the Town
