(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.• Finish restoration which includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of all ceilings and the upgrade of existing light fixtures and areas affected by the phasing of the project, any special characteristics or needs of the project such as energy or environmental • Site modifications associated with the construction that requires a bituminous driveway, utility modifications if required, a new curb cut and restoration of the lawn area(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory Drawing review and site visit will be held November 23, 2026.
