Vendor needs to provide nuisance property and building abatement services to the government authority located in Clark, NV. – Nuisance Property and Building Abatement Services projects pertaining to cleanup and securing of properties, asbestos removal and disposal, and demolition.– Selected qualified respondent shall be responsible for abating all trash and debris visible on the property. – Selected qualified respondent shall be responsible for the cutting down, removal and disposal of all dry vegetation down to a 2– inch height. – Selected qualified respondent shall be responsible for removal of all graffiti from the premises. – Selected qualified respondent shall provide a portable toilet and other temporary utilities on site when required. – Selected qualified respondent shall provide, erect, and maintain temporary barriers and security devices, as required. – Selected qualified respondent shall sprinkle work with water to minimize dust and provide hoses and water connections for this purpose. – Selected qualified respondent shall spray dust retardant on any vacant parcel of property in accordance with agency Health District procedures.
