(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Okeechobee, FL. – Performance of traffic counts– Preparation of traffic studies and analysis– Preparation of maintenance of traffic design– Preparation of roadway location or alignment studies– Preparation of roadway design– Preparation of land acquisition documents– Preparation of hydrologic & hydraulic studies– Preparation of storm drainage system design– Preparation of new or retrofit storm water management design– Preparation of floodplain studies(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 4, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
