Description
SACOG is seeking a consultant to review, analyze, and report on the performance and outcomes of the multi-year Regional Bike Share Pilot Program. The consultant will help SACOG and our partners assess program effectiveness, rider behavior, and geographic implications through comprehensive data analysis. Interested consultants and/or teams should be able to demonstrate: A strong understanding of shared micromobility systems and rider behavior Experience with data analysis, mapping, and visualization (GeoJSON and GIS) Experience with transportation planning and projects that involve multiple partners
