CSE-24208 - USA (Joliet, Illinois) - Accurate Controls Security computer system Repair and Maintenance Service - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide accurate controls security computer system repair and maintenance service to the government authority located in Joliet, IL.– The Contractor shall provide inspection, preventative maintenance, diagnostic support, repair services, replacement parts, and technical support for the existing systems.– The Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance inspections for all identified security control systems on a quarterly basis, for a total of four (4) inspections per contract year.– The Contractor shall also provide on–site diagnostic and repair services as needed– The facility will initiate service requests for repairs or operational deficiencies– The Contractor acknowledges that the existing security control and camera systems currently contain known operational deficiencies, including but not limited to non–recording cameras and inoperable playback functionality.– The Contractor’s bid pricing shall include all labor, diagnostic services, routine repair efforts, software adjustments, configuration corrections, and minor replacement components necessary to restore currently identified system(2) The contract period will be for one year.
