Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (UGX 100,000). The method of payment will be through obtaining a Bank Payment Advice Form from the cashier on 5th Floor, Embassy House and pay at the designated Bank . On presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may then be collected from the address at (9) given below or sent by email as may be preferred by the bidder. Bids must be delivered to the address below under (9) on or before 11.00am of 20th August, 2026 . Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
