(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk preconstruction service to the government authority located in El Paso, TX. – The final program, design, site improvements, and construction will be confirmed during design development.– Develop and maintain a logic–linked master project schedule incorporating design, permitting, procurement, construction, inspections, commissioning, and closeout.– Construction authorization requires confirmation of available funding, required approvals, and an executed amendment.– CMAR will maintain a project risk register identifying cost, schedule, design, permitting, procurement, and construction risks.– Prepare initial construction cost estimates based on available project information.– Constructability and value engineering– Estimating and cost control.– Risk management and coordination.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on November 09, 2026.
