(1) Vendor needs to provide to the government authority located in Scranton, PA.• The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following tasks: A. Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance of electrical systems in city buildings, as directed by city staff. B. Identifying and resolving electrical issues promptly and efficiently. C. Performing repairs, replacements, and upgrades as necessary to ensure optimal performance. D. Troubleshooting electrical problems and providing emergency services on a 24/7 basis. E. Conducting electrical safety audits and maintaining compliance with local and national electrical codes. F. Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory. G. Providing recommendations for energy–efficient solutions and cost–saving measures. H. Offering expert advice and technical support to city personnel as needed. I. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and standards. J. Related electrical services as may arise. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
