(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Olathe, KS. – Provide engineering services for predesign, design, and construction phase engineering services for major improvements.– Digester gas piping to flares.– Demolition of gas membrane pad, Tank and Support Building, associated piping and equipment, boiler relocation.– All digester equipment – pumps and heat exchangers.– Digester gas safety equipment.– Truck staging area for dewatered cake and fog hauling. – Digester feed pump replacement.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2,2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21,2026.
