(1) Vendor needs to provide retirement plan consultant service to the government authority located in Millbrook, NY.• The consulting serves as a fully integrated extension of the agency university wide benefits team, providing end–to–end project management, fiduciary investment advice, governance support, vendor coordination, and participant engagement across the Program.• This role requires sustained onsite presence, deep institutional knowledge, and the ability to research, evaluate, and implement tailored education initiatives, digital platforms, administrative tools, and investment products, along with ongoing operational ownership to ensure consistent administration, strong governance, and positive participant outcomes across a complex multi–vendor environment.– Dedicated Account Manager & Advisory Team Resources• Act as agency primary program manager, responsible for planning, tracking, and executing all ongoing and strategic initiatives.• Serve as the single coordination point across agency System Administration, campus HR teams, legal counsel, vendors, and advisor resources.• Lead a standing cadence of working meetings (weekly, biweekly, monthly, and quarterly) with agency and vendor partners.– Investment Fiduciary Oversight & Due Diligence• Provide investment advisory services for the Program.• Deliver comprehensive quarterly investment analysis and formal recommendations– Vendor & Recordkeeper Management• Manage day–to–day relationships and oversight across all recordkeepers and investment providers.• Coordinate all vendor meetings and operational calls.– Custom Products and Dashboard• Lead the research, development, and ongoing enhancement of custom tools, products, and platforms designed to streamline administration and improve participant outcomes.• Partner with agency to evaluate, customize, and manage third–party platforms, including content customization, rollout strategy, utilization tracking, and enhancements.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
