(1) Vendor needs to provide citywide crisis intervention services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.– Delivering comprehensive, rapid, and culturally responsive crisis response services to PK–12 students, staff, and school communities.– Provide equitable, culturally and linguistically responsive crisis services to all students and families regardless of school type, zip code, or demographic background.– Threats of violence or self–harm directed at self or others.– Serious injury or traumatic incidents on or near school grounds.– Rapid deployment of licensed mental health professionals to school sites within agreed–upon response timelines following crisis activation.– Post–crisis stabilization and recovery planning, including follow–up sessions and referral to ongoing mental health services as appropriate.– Recognizing and responding to domestic violence and its impact on students, including mandated reporting obligations and safe referral pathways.– Universal screening and trauma–informed response to intervention.– Case management landscape review and recommendations.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 4, 2026.
