(1) Vendor needs to provide distribution advisor services for travel publications to the government authority located in Texas.– Providing recommendations on topics including, but not limited to: copies distributed, display allocation, cover image, pricing, competition in the category, merchandising of magazine racks and other promotions, and other factors that impact newsstand sales.– Book promotion opportunities and monitor the results. – Provide newsstand industry highlights and news, including trends in sell–through nationally and regionally, as requested. – Manage and oversee all check–out pockets and other special placement activity in all chains and retail locations. – Increase newsstand distribution by pursuing additional outlets for distribution or increase the number of copies delivered for key retailers. – Improve newsstand distribution through pursuing special placements, facilitating promotional programs, and correcting distribution errors. – Provide oversight of all check–out placements and other special placements. – Communicate with key partners, specifically national distributors and wholesalers. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
